The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location very close to the train station was very handy for us. It is in the older part of town but only about a 15 minute walk away to the main shopping area which is very nice. There is a very nice bakery at the end of the street which has nice coffee and cakes and sandwiches.The hotel rooms are very clean and it has a nice large bathroom. I would say the breakfast was adequate but not many choices. I would recommend this hotel as it is definitely good value for money. Nice usual premier inn standard, check in was very average and not very welcoming.

This is a new hotel located around 10 minutes wlak from the main station in central Frankfurt. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The staff are very well-trained, friendly,helpful and speak good English.
If you do stay here then be sure to ask for a room not facing the street as the nighttime noise is very loud. There was no fridge Or safe in the room and no shampoo and conditioner. The hotel is located a little out of the main tourist area but is within walking distance of about minutes. It’s about a 15min walk to the main train station with a metro station about 5min walk. Overall this hotel is a good option at a reasonable price. We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and had a very good experience.

Imagine that we was in the heart of the Bahnhofsviertel. A credit to this hotel is totally the staff. They truly are such a wonderful team who obviously happily work well together. The breakfast every morning was a true pleasure and the lady’s here were always so friendly and helpful. We love our little breaks at the Bahnhofsviertel as we accept and appreciate it for what it is and it is an area just like in any other major global city.
Whether it be slightly used or needing a bit of fixing, you’re sure to get a good deal when you come to us. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, a lounge, and breakfast buffet. Located 5-7 mins walk from the central station so good for an overnight stop or to explore the... The hotel is gorgeous considering the relative room price. The moment you enter, from the bar and reception area you feel at home. Also has a proper reception rather than UK self check in area.

Staff on reception were fabulous, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice, rooms were so quiet and spotlessly clean. Able to leave bags safely to allow us to explore the city without lugging them round with us.
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn for 3 nights and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed although lacking a little in amenities.
There was really pleasant bar and the prices were reasonable. Would recommend this hotel for business trips etc. Fantastic hotel and excellent value for money. Staff were top class with great clean comfortable rooms, comfy bed great shower they get all the basics right couldn’t ask for better.
